I wanted something super tasty today, so I made this.
Ingredients: (2 portions)
* 1 big tomato
* 2 chicken breasts
* 380 grams of chick peas
* 1 tooth of garlic
* lime juice from 1/2 lime
* 7-10 leafs of fresh basil
* spring onion or leek
Salt and pepper
Season the chicken breasts with some salt and pepper, and grill on the pan until they are fully cooked.
As your chicken is cooking, put all the following ingredients in the blender in order to make your hummus: the chick peas, lime juice, tooth of garlic and the fresh basil leafs. Blend until smooth. Taste it and add salt and pepper to your liking.
Slice the tomato and put half on each plate, and add some spring onion or leek on the top.
When the chicken is done; add it and the humus on your plate. Light a candle and enjoy your meal! 🙂
