Got this delicious recipe from @Mumselibabba.

This delicious apple and chili smoothie warms you up on any given chilly October morning.

Ingredients:

* 3 dl water

* 3 dl apple and mango juice

* 3 apples

* ½ frozen banana

* ¼ chili with seeds

* 2 tbsp hemp protein

* 2 tbsp dried mulberries

* 1 tbsp hemp seeds

* a pinch of freshly ground pepper

Put all the ingredients in a blender an blend until smooth! Put the smoothie in your glass and top with some slices apple!
