Got this recipe the other day from @nutriacure, and wow! It makes me SO hungry! Why don’t you try yourself?



* 1 handful each of frozen blueberries, raspberries and strawberries

* 1/2 cup Organic greek yogurt

* a little almond milk to blend to your desired consistency

Blend all the ingredients together and serve!

 –> For non diary option, replace yogurt with a ripe frozen banana
For more sweetness, add a bit of stevia, agave or honey.
