Got this delicious recipe from @feelgoodfoodie (Instagram) , and it has to be shared with the world. It’s healthy, gives you energy, and looks good, so you are gonna have to try it!



* 1 Large beet

* 1 cup red grapes

* 1 large cucumber

* 3 large carrot sticks

* 1/2 tbs shredded ginger root

Put everything in a blender until its juicy, fill up your glass and top with shredded coconut and cacao nibs!
